  Mgr was rude to the waitress & very unprofessional. Felt so bad for her. What gives him the right to behave in that manner. He should be fired

  I eat out at all resturants from low to high price range. I came in for a quick dinner before heading to paint night. The waitress seemed nice at first but then didn't tend to us very much. Table ahead of me 2 breads given, table behind me "I'll bring you some more bread," my table....nothing. everyone around me is older does this equate to a better tip? I think not I tip pretty well but when you look at me and decide to judge cause that's how I felt then yea I'm sorry I'm not going to be happy and will refuse to do business there again.
  
  Good customer service is treating all your customers with the expectation of their return. That's good business. Repeat business is what you want.
  
  One last thing. I got the incorrect order but had no time to send it back due to my short time frame. I was still charged for the waitress mistake and I didn't even eat what was added to the plate. I asked for shrimp and I got chicken. I never order chicken when I go out to eat. I will not be returning.

  What happened over the years to this restaurant it used to be good?? Went last nite my husband & i ordered the same dinner..double cut pork chops. My dish the pork chop looked double but my husbands pork chop clearly looked like a single size. We had advised wait staff & got an "oh well" reaction. Chops were also VERY tough. In addition my brother in law specifically ordered finger potatoe & got mashed. What happened?? Ok time for dessert we said staff could make it up by giving us a "generous" scoop of ice cream with our molten cupcake dessert...we got a half a scoop & the cupcake was the size of a reese cupcake...could they make it any smaller??? Needless to say staff was pleasant but not very attentive to customer need & food was subpar..im soooooo dissappointed in this neighboorhood restaurant lately that i have gone to for many years. What happened to it?????

  Great neighborhood bar, great atmosphere, friendly bartenders as well as patrons. Decent number of flatscreens all around the bar.
